Convention Room Information

We will be in the Great Hall room.

For those that remember our con room at the congress in 2006, this room is about 3 times the size with a large vendor space/area at the back of the room. We picked this room because it will accommodate all of the things we plan on doing for the weekend and is large enough to accommodate even a large number of attendees. There is also a balcony area that we have limited access to (the general convention attendees won't, but we will have some limited access functions and passes for the balcony area).

We have tried to give a rough estimate of the schedule for planning, but any number of things can have an effect on how and even if the event will occur, including financial, hotel/theater restrictions/requirements, all the way down to "we just decided not to do it."
